By registering on Campuze, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information during registration. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

3. Credits & Payments

Credits are the platform's internal currency. Credits purchased are non-refundable except in cases of dispute resolution decided in your favor. Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn by students.

4. Consultations

Campuze facilitates connections between students and seniors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Sessions must be conducted respectfully and professionally. Any form of academic dishonesty (submitting others' work as your own) is your sole responsibility.

5. Senior Earnings

Seniors earn credits for completed consultations. Earnings can be withdrawn via bKash or Nagad subject to minimum withdrawal limits and verification requirements.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing account credentials
• Harassment or disrespectful behavior
• Attempting to contact seniors/students outside the platform
• Fraudulent payment submissions
• Any attempt to manipulate the credit system

7. Termination

Campuze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
